In store pick-up is available - choose the in-store pick-up option at checkout and you'll receive an email once your oder is ready for pick-up. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 72 hours on the next business day.

We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local branch of the carrier you chose for shipping.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase of any full price merchandise for store credit or a refund. At this time we do not accommodate exchanges for online orders.

Any worn, washed or used merchandise is not eligible for return.  Any promotional or clearance pricing merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Any personalized merchandise such as embroidery or engravings are FINAL SALE.

Any large toys, baby gear, etc, may be mailed back to us, upon approval, at the customers expense for store credit only.

Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of a mailing envelope or shipping box. If there is any damage to the original shoe box, your return may be rejected. 

If you order an item online and it is out of stock in store, we reserve the right to give a refund instead of merchandise.

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
